Zephyr

The Zephyr selection software was developed by SEAT Ventilation to help you quickly and easily identify the most suitable corrosion-resistant fan for your application. In just a few clicks, Zephyr analyzes your parameters and suggests models that match your needs.

How does Zephyr work?

1. Login
   Create your account and then log in with your username and password.

2. Parameter entry
   Specify the desired flow rate and static pressure.

3. Fan selection
   Choose a model from the automatically generated list.

4. Consultation of technical data
   Instantly access all the information for the selected fan.

5. Initial contact
   Send the desired reference to our team by phone or email to finalize your request.

Main features of Zephyr software

• Ergonomic and intuitive: only two parameters are needed to obtain a relevant selection.
• Ultra-fast: all data is accessible immediately, in total autonomy.
• Bilingual: available in French and English.
• International units: metric system (m³/h, Pa) and US system (CFM, inWg).
• Export PDF: generate a summary file outlining the information for the chosen fan.

1. Graphs

• Aerodynamic operating curves, with or without frequency variation.
• Curve including network pressure loss.
• Possibility of adding a second point for the study of operation at reduced speed.
• Possibility of adding a second point for the study of operation at reduced speed.

2. Acoustics

• Detailed acoustic data: operating point, envelope, fan inlet and outlet.
• Full octave band from 63 Hz to 8000 Hz.
• A-weighted acoustic power and sound pressure.

3. Fan plug

• Complete technical data sheet accompanied by dimensioned 2D drawings.

4. Characteristics

• Engine information associated with the selected fan.
• Essential data: drive type, materials, flow and pressure ranges, voltage, amperage, phase, operating temperature, weight, power, etc.

5. Accessories

• List of accessories compatible with the chosen fan.

6. Documentation

• Access to technical and legal documents: technical data sheets, declarations of conformity, etc.
